Gabor Kapus

Gabor Kapus is responsible for deploying the transformation of commercial policy & pricing at Schneider Electric.

His department ensures the link between strategy, distribution channels, commercial policy, and the pricing structure of Schneider Electric.

Over his 28 years of professional experience, he has held various positions in the fields of pricing and finance, in different regions (Hungary, France, China, and Russia).

His career is balanced between operational experiences and project management in change leadership. As a leader within Schneider Electric and in his support to entities, he pays special attention to digitalization, continuous training, adaptability, and change management.

Gabor is also a member of the Board of Advisors of the Pricing Club.

Camille Pérennec

Global Pricing Head

Camille holds a double master's degree in International Management from Toulouse Business School and in Marketing & International Trade from Universidad de las Américas Puebla in Mexico.

Her professional journey began at L'Occitane en Provence in 2012, where she held various positions in operational marketing at international subsidiaries such as Mexico and South Africa, serving as a Brand Manager.

 

From 2016, Camille played a key role in establishing the international pricing department as Head of Pricing & Promotion, where she contributed to optimizing the brand's profitability while enhancing price perception among consumers.

Since 2020, Camille has joined the Pierre Fabre group, where she has been responsible for creating a pricing department focused on consumer price and client price issues. Her responsibilities include building the strategy and price architecture for the group's dermo-cosmetic brands, as well as optimizing the commercial policy through the promotion of a pay-for-performance system and the consistency of net-net prices.

Denis Oulion

Associated Director

Denis Oulion is the co-founder of PAARLY, a leading player in price monitoring in Europe.

A graduate of EDHEC Business School, Denis began his career at DELL Computer and then consolidated his experience at a consulting firm in London.

With an entrepreneurial profile, he founded his first company at the age of 25 in 2008.

Today, he is fully committed as the Managing Director and partner in the PAARLY adventure, a company he co-founded in 2014.

In nearly 10 years, PAARLY has become a leading player in price monitoring on the European scene, supporting over 200 major clients (brands and distributors) in their price monitoring and competitive data strategy.

The company, based in Toulouse, completed a €4 million funding round in 2022, welcoming funds and experienced professional Business Angels from strategic pricing consultancy.

This fundraising, combined with the company's experience and reputation, has accelerated dynamics in France and Europe.

Since then, the company has doubled its turnover and size to consolidate its position as the French leader in market data collection and analysis.
